Mama first boil the water then put the 'fish' inside. (to remove the slippery cover on the 'fish')
Lolss..The fish haben die one ( although the head was half chop off)..then they jump here and there splash de hot water around... KA PUI~~si beh er xin... The pic above is when it is being put inside the hot water...

This is the Tian ji... No bloody scene cos the sheng siong ppl help to chop liao.. .

Mama still think the fish is nort clean enough so ask me go boil summore water...
After the water is boiled..i use one cloth to wrap over the handle so nort that hot... Then HUS who is very excited came and snatch the cloth ....end up the HOT water splash on my hand... YAR~~ its hurt... now gt the boiling sensation... TSk... -.-
